001: i can hear the waves

This was taken on a very early Jan morning in Desaru. As we happily snapped silly pictures away, the sea breezes grew stronger gushes, the waves crashed more violent, the waters shuffled further into the sands, and in a matter of minutes, I found the retreat to shore a literally uphill task, with the waves grabbing my ankles angrily.

It was apparent that we were in the middle of a hostile morning high tide.
