ETA: A superhero-themed birthday with the mister;– my very own supermug, an exclusive Super Grover (thank you so much for all the super effort you’ve put in, love!), the second edition of my personal super[chibi]comic, free double chocolate frappe, supercute balloon allies, and lotsa super tools for me to take over the world. A quiet celebration with the family;– over many sms-es, a birthday-song-turned-pbbbbt phonecall from the niece, a mango ice-cream cake, Famous Amos, additions to the camera brethren and book/brooch collection, an on-the-way airconditioner,  and two burning candles.

Thank you all for remembering.

When I saw Mr Pink, I immediately thought of you :P You should just get it since you already have Blackjack; it can be a good start to collecting all the Diana limited edition clones! Then you can get Edelweiss, Hong Meow etc :P

Thank you! I don’t think I like Grover as much as I love Super Grover! Which explains the customised thingamagic by the mister :P

Wow,thats a lot of effort put in by your mister! When was your birthday? Looks like we’re both Gemini’s?

Anyway what does the diana do? i’m quite clueless when it comes to cameras.. Just work the Nikon and its quite idiot proof I think. :)

Yup, we’re both Geminis. Tommy too, right? Mine was on the 10th.

Diana’s a lomography camera, and that’s about the biggest difference it can have from our Nikon dslr. You can look here for more info on diana :)

  12. [...] it to be, this “tubby little cubby all stuffed with fluff” still made an appearance for my birthday this year. I got a Pooh balloon from the mister (to accompany the Super Grover soft toy he customised!), but [...]

Do u actually have to tape it and untape it when you load and unload the film? How interesting.. So you develop it on real film is it?

Wow.. learnt something new today. Sorry if I sound so clueless!

Haha, it’s okay. I get those questions a lot :P Nope, I don’t tape/untape, coz for now, my Diana+ doesn’t have much light leaks, though I haven’t given this pink Diana F+ a go yet.

And yup, it’s on film, not the usual 35mm though; this one uses 120mm film, so you can only send it to selected film shops for developing.

    Hope that helps!
