Though the last one isn’t quite a flower, there is definitely an understated beauty in a solitary tree unabashedly frail and thin amidst a flurry of lush greens. Set against a damp sky, with every branch petalling out in an almost synchronised Rorschach art, the tree leaves me with the same reserved mollifying whispers as those of flushed blooms.

The weather had been great for film as of late, which only made me constantly wish I could simply run outside and snap away. Still have yet to finish the slides I’ve got Dexter loaded on; I’m secretly hoping that they would turn out this time round, since the anniversary picnic photos are in there, but if they don’t, I might just bring Dexter in for a lil checkup.
I sure hope nothing is wrong with him, only for us to do that whole cliched “It’s not you, it’s me” thing.
